SINCE WE HAVE books, why not movies? This amateur listing starts in the year 2000, with the exception of Cap's favorite movies at the bottom. While there are many ways to judge any performance, the following categories seem adequate. Story shall cover the screenplay construction, storyline flow, engagement of the viewer, and the significance of the story. Acting shall represent the performance of the actors within the story and context of the movie. Imagery shall address the photography in general, the complementary relationship between image, sound and mood. Music is specifically the extent to which sound enhances the story. Overall is as it states, a general broad representation of the movie's entertainment quality.
